SCOPE OF WORKS: CADWorks is a landmark and innovative, speculative build 10-storey office block located in the heart of Glasgow city centre. The ambitious development aims to be Scotland’s greenest building and has sustainability and the well-being of its tenants at its heart.
The building also seeks to offer full connectivity, achieving a WiredScore ‘Platinum’ accolade and will boast its own CADWorks App, which will give tenants access to amenities in the building such as allowing them to book meeting rooms and order breakfast ahead of arrival. It also will be home to Scotland’s first cycle-in access ramp and provide storage for 116 bikes as well showering and laundry airing facilities.
