SCOPE OF WORKS:
Construction of a highly energy efficient civic building for Sunderland City Council on the former Vaux Brewery site.
The landmark development, comprised of two buildings (four and six-storeys) connected by full height glass atrium, will replace the council’s current headquarters creating a modern and more cost- efficient base for 1200 employees.
The buildings will also house other public sector partners, including the Mayor’s office, Coroner’s office, Gentoo and Middlesbrough College.
